Defective products must be returned with the original box and packaging and with all included materials including, but not limited to, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Defective products will be exchanged for the same model only.
Eligible defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. All Damaged Exchanges must be returned double boxed (manufacturers box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) with the RMA # written clearly on the outer box accompanied by a note, explaining why the product is being returned, in the original merchandise box. You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of package. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package(s) is damaged, immediately contact CUSTOMER SERVICE at 84. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, simply REFUSE the shipment. We make every effort to prevent shipping damages.
